モバイルバッテリー使用に関するお願い

平素よりホテルロッソ軽井沢をご愛顧いただき、誠にありがとうございます。
近年、リチウムイオン電池の過熱による火災トラブルが急増しております。
当館では、火災事故防止およびお客様の安全を守るため、客室内でのモバイルバッテリー使用に際し
以下の事をお願いしております。

1. 外出の際は必ずモバイルバッテリーをコンセントから外して下さい。
2. 就寝中の長時間充電・放置はお控えください。
3. 直射日光が当たる場所での使用・放置はお控えください。
4. 布団や衣類など可燃性素材の上で充電はお控えください。
5. 強い衝撃を与えたもの、または膨らみや亀裂があるバッテリーは使用しないでください。

尚、安全管理および火災予防の観点から、客室清掃時に上記状況下でのモバイルバッテリーを発見した際、
スタッフの判断により『充電の一時停止』または『位置の移動』をさせていただく場合がございます。

Safety Precautions for Mobile Batteries

Thank you for visiting the official website of Hotel Rosso Karuizawa.
In recent years, there has been a rapid increase in fire incidents caused by overheating lithium-ion batteries.
In order to prevent fire accidents and ensure the safety of our guests, we kindly ask that you observe the following
precautions when using mobile batteries (portable chargers) in your guest room.

・Please be sure to unplug the power bank from the outlet when going out.
・Please refrain from charging for extended periods or leaving the device unattended while sleeping.
・Please do not use or leave mobile batteries in places exposed to direct sunlight.
・Please do not charge devices on flammable materials such as bedding or clothing.
・Please do not use any battery that has been subjected to strong impact or shows signs of swelling or cracks.

Furthermore, from the standpoint of safety management and fire prevention, if our staff discover a mobile battery
being used under the above conditions during room cleaning, we may disconnect the charger or move the device
at our discretion.
We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
